Great service, aftercare service, and prices

When I bought an inverter about 8 months ago from Geewiz, they were extremely helpful (mainly through their technical manager, Jannie) about explaining the various options, and capabilities of each option. They responded quickly andprofessionaly to emails and phone calls, and after placing my order, they kept me updated via email and sms at each step of the process until the inverter was delivered. When loadshedding became a daily occurence, they sent me an email with additional tips on how to prolong the battery life. The batteries recently started losing their ability to hold charge (no fault of Geewiz, batteries are only designed to work a certain number of times, before they degrade), so I once again got in touch with Geewiz, and once again, Jannie gave me great advice, with fast turnaround times, and I have now upgraded to Lithium batteries. Once again, the whole process was a pleasure. I tried to replace the batteries myself, but I guess I am not as good at DIY as I thought, and I managed to put one of my new batteries into fault mode. I sent Jannie an email, and he kinfly offered me that I could bring the whole system over for him to take a look at, and he had it fixed and wired correctly while I waited. Great service, great after-care service, and great prices, I will be back.
