Great service

Had gotten a Google TV 4K, unfortunately the remote was defective and I had to return it. The staff were very friendly and polite (from security to everyone inside) I appreciated that. Fairlynne was very helpful in my getting my refund (same day!) and kept me in the loop the whole time.
