Good then garbage then good then garbage again

I've previously submitted a review where I gave them five stars for great customer service. That unfortunately is not true. They are trying to ***** me over, refusing to refund me for their garbage products. The inverter I bought, and paid a lot of money for, is simply garbage. Now they are giving me the runaround and coming up with all sorts of excuses to not replace the faulty item. Very upsetting! Stay away from Geewiz rather!
