Good recovery (5 star) after supplying a component that did not perform :-(

The inexpensive HDMI extender that Geewiz supp**** did not work over the distance claimed but Geewiz arranged for it to be collected same day and made a full refund straightaway. I bought a higher spec replacement which was delivered next morning. Reassuring advice on compatibility with higher spec ethernet cable and very prompt responses.
