Geewiz what's going on?

As a first time buyer on this online store it's not going well. Placed an order on the 23rd November and my order status stayed at payment received. A week later I followed up and status changed to waiting for item from different warehouse. Fabian advised on Friday he will get back to me regarding the delay.... still not feedback. Today he id following up again as per his email. I get the feeling my order was never processed. Requesting a refund will likely be just as painful.
