Geewiz what Amazing Service!

So I ordered a powerbank for my wifi router. When Loadshedding kicked in it didn't work. I had a chat with support and it seems I ordered the wrong powerbank. 12v instead of 9v the the completely wrong charger for the powerbank. Cesar Uamusse was very helpful at pointing out the error.

He copied a return agent in (Dina Schneider) and she ordered a collection. I was unaware there was a restocking fee or that I need to pay for the courier however it is on their website. (it is kinda expected)

I ordered the new correct powerbank yesterday at 3pm after receiving my refund voucher code. Amazingly it was delivered today at 1pm (JNB-West Coast) an hour before loadshedding kicked in.

I want to thank the team at Geewiz for their impeccable service. And a feather in the cap of the courier service.. it is unheard of in SA.
