Tsholofelo Matjila - Customer Service Trainee is the poster child of amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to find the part I needed to fix my laptop. Beyond impressed with her follow up and determination to find this part for me. It is a hard part to find and she sourced it, had it loaded and kept me in the loop. She should be a customer service trainer, because she is what customer service should be. I have travelled the world and experienced customer service from the best. and trust me she is top notch.
