Geewiz tops!

After being very hesitant about doing it, I placed an order late last month and after making the payment, the order arrived the following day. Three days ago (late in the evening), however, the one item suffered a power supply failure, which I reported to them immediately. The replacement power supply arrived yesterday morning, so these guys are REALLY quick to assist! I'm very impressed with them, in spite of the failure, what a breath of fresh air in a world where bad customer service is "king" (in SA, at least)..."
