Geewiz these guys are super helpful 10/10
The x-axis stepper motor on my Bambu Lab A1 is busy packing up, just outside of warranty with BuildVolume. I logged a support ticket with them but haven't even heard back.
So I searched online for replacements and found Geewiz had the z-axis motor on hand. I reached out via the info email asking if they could also source the x-axis motor, and Jannie got back to me.
Not only do they have them, but they were still busy loading them on the site. He dropped everything and loaded the specific x-axis motor (there are two different one) after confirming my model, just so I could purchase it ASAP. I placed the order, and paid... less than 1 hour later I was informed my order was ready for collection. This all happened in the span of this morning and I have the replacement motor in hand and will be back up and printing tonight.
Meanwhile, BuildVolume still hasn't even responded to my ticket.
100% would support Jannie and the team at Geewiz again.
