GeeWiz Refund process

GeeWiz offer an awesome sales... However should there be a need for returns, the refund takes for ever. When dropping off the items you are told it takes 3 - 5 days. I am on day 7 and they are telling me a story about the supplier having to refund them so they can refund me. I did not make business with the supplier but I made it with Geewiz, why drag me in their third party processes.
