GeeWiz recommended for excellent initial and after sale service.

I bought a GeeWiz Portable UPS Power Station - 2000Wh LIFEPO4 / 2.2Kw / Pure Sine Wave / Quick Charge - 2x SA Sockets - 3500 Cycles Lithium LifePO4. After a month it made a sound while charging. The GeeWiz service department was emailed with the problem. Whitin a day they contacted me and collected the unit within 2 hours. This was on Wednesday 19 July 2023 it took only two days to investigate what the problem was and early on Friday morning the 21 July 2023 a replacement unit was delivered back to my delivery address. Not only did they provide me with a website with the status of the service call, but the customer service consultant Tumelo also emailed me with every status change to keep me up to date with the progress. Tumelo was kind and extremely helpful and I want to thank Tumelo and the rest of the GeeWiz team for their excellent service. The product I bought from GeeWiz is an outstanding product that exceeded my expectations.
