Geewiz outstanding service from Jannie

I just wanted show my immense appreciation for the unbelievable service Geewiz provide. I bought an inverter in June last year amongst other items over the past few years, and the deep cycle batteries which were meant to last 60 months lasted 15. I emailed Jannie and explained my situation. He asked for photos looked at my purchase date and without pause gave me 75% discount on brand new batteries. The honesty and willingness to assist blew me away. Thank you so much
