GeeWiz: My "go to store" for batteries and inverters

I have bought several products from GeeWiz and they are my "go to store" for batteries and inverters. Most recently I bought a GW-A-1000Wh 1Kw Inverter Kit - BT. It was available for collection promptly but when the next load shedding occurred did not produce any AC output. I communicated the problem with GeeWiz & they offered to arrange for it to be collected. I instead elected to take it back to their offices the next day. There Riaan inspected the unit, diagnosed and corrected the problem and told me how I could reduce the possibility of a reoccurrence. I left with the unit and subsequent tests and several power outages later it has performed as expected. Thanks to Mihlali, Fairlynne and Riaan for their prompt support in helping to resolve the issue.
