GeeWiz is right, excellent service

I'm amazed by the service. I called on Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Jannie the Technical Manager who was so patient with me as I explained I have a new smart TV and old decoder and wanted to find out what I needed to make these compatible. He not only told me what I needed but also emailed me and I received my delivery the day after I ordered. What a pleasent customer service experience, quick service, constant updates even though it only took a day between me ordering and delivery. Cherry on top was Jannie's kind manner. Top class service GeeWiz!!
