GeeWiz, I was floored

I have never used GeeWiz prior to today, where I ordered a monitor arm mount.

I received a call shortly afterwards from GeeWiz (Jannie) about my order indicating that they had the same product for significantly cheaper (which I seemed to have missed) and asked whether I would like that one rather with a refund of the difference.

Needless to say, I have saved a bit of money and was absolutely floored by this level of customer service.

Will definitely be a repeat customer just based on that.
