Geewiz - Exceptional customer service from Damien and Jannie

I bought an inverter and battery solution for the load shedding interruptions that we all experience as South Africans. I had an issue with it, which as it turned out, was totally of my own doing. I took it back to them thinking that it was faulty. They patiently gave me a rundown of how the system works and assisted me with all my queries. They also did a few tests of the system to verify that all was well.

When we have problems with a company or a product, we so easily judge. This review is to give kudos. I would like to commend Damien and his manager, Jannie, on their exceptional customer service.
