Great product but the instructions were terrible. Virtually impossible to understand. I returned the product claiming that it did not work. Zandile contacted me and told me that the technician had tested the product and it did work. I asked if I could come in to the office and have the techician Siza show me how to work it. Zandile was more than happy to arrange this for me. I went in and met Siza, who was so patient and kind. After much explaining and taking instruction videos I finally got the device to work. Thank you to Zanile and Siza for excellent customer service!!!
