Geewiz - Amazing Service

I purchased the Mecer 1200VA Inverter & 100 AH AMG battery just shy of a year ago. Has worked very efficiently until a short while ago when the battery died after half an hour (usually lasts at least 4 hours running the TV & an LED light. I sent the battery in to be tested and the outcome was that the battery needed to be replaced. I emailed the battery test & my invoice to *** and much to my surprise, received a reply from Jannie, the Technical Manager, within a few minutes asking for a couple of photos of the battery. Literally half an hour after sending the first mail, Jannie confirmed that they would send me a replacement (better quality as well) battery and arranged transport. Within 2 days I received the new battery. What an absolute pleasure dealing with Geewiz - the initial purchase was seamless, and their after-sales service is brilliant.
