GEEWIZ

Last I had the most terrible experience with Geewiz. I bought a Mecer Inverter the up to 8 hour one, two years ago in September 9th. Twice the batteries were faulty. the first 8 - 10 months ago. The Second time they returned the Batteries to me on 30th August 2022. The Batteries weren't giving me more than 2 hour run time on about 30th September 2022 and they said I must buy two new batteries. That was on 7th November 2022. My Warranty had run out on 9th September 2020!!

I asked Linda if the Management could do anything for me, she back to me and she said NOTHING!! I insisted on loan batteries because turn around time at GEEWIZ is at least 4 weeks and with this current load shedding I was not prepared to go without loan batteries. Linda subsequently wrote me and she asked me when she can pick up the loan batteries!!! I bought 2 Batteries at a cost of R6000.00. WHAT DO THINK OF THAT, i THINK IT'S APPALLING AILEEN REZEK
