First and last time I'll ever use Geewiz

Seriously unhappy with the service from Geewiz. First they charge a collection fee for an unwanted item, then they charge a restocking fee because the package was opened and it was not used and didn't fit my vehicle. They say it has scratches, I say they are covering themselves for having to take the item back. Unlike Takealot who collects for free and returns are processed quickly. I had to follow up twice and it took 2 days to get an answer from the company. First and last time I'll ever use this company, I'll stick to Takealot, even if they are more expensive.
