<p>I ordered and paid for a meter from them last week Friday. I sent the proof of payment immediately as they state that the order will only be sent when proof of payment has been received. When I checked the status of my order just now it said "awaiting payment"! That means they never processed my order at all! I sent an email (again) pointing out that I had paid last week already. Five minutes later they rep**** with "payment accepted"! So that means they never bothered processing my payment or my order until I pointed out their negligence! I am very, very disappointed at this bad service, especially after reading about how they pride themselves on "speedy service". Your customers shouldn't have to do your job for you Geewiz! Geewiz, avoid this company like the plague.</p>
