Fantastic Service

I had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with a faulty unit. However, Fairlynne made the process so much easier to bear. She kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. Too often people only complain when service is bad and don't reward good service. I wanted to take a moment to thank Fairlynne and Geewizz for being so great at service delivery.
