Fantastic Service Experience

Really awesome service. I was able to take my electrical appliance into their office and test the transformer I needed, before buying it. Riaan from their technical team have a wealth of knowledge regarding the products and went out of his way to assist and inform me with relevant information. All the staff was friendly and assisted immediately, from the security at the gate, right up to the manager. In a time when customer service is a thing of the past in our country, I have to say that this was a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business and I will support them in the future. Ironically, places like Makro buy several of their products (which they sell online), from GeeWiz with a healthy markup, yet Makro’s service stinks. I hope your business grows abundantly and becomes even more successful.
