False advertising

I recently Purchased a Zartek itercom system, Picture and Description sell the intercom as working system but all that was sent is the push button unit. Does not state that the items that I was missing are not part of the package. After a week I followed up with the query , after blaming the supplier 1st they later sent me a screendump of terms and condition fine print to attempt to cover the false advertising, Not sure if it is done purposely but I would like to see them update this item correctly going forward
