False advertising

I ordered fast charging cables which turned out not be fast charging at all. In between trying to get hold of them and me responding I missed the 7 day return policy by 1 day. They have refused to refund me. So I now open each charger, which doesn’t work well and will request them to fetch one by one. So ridiculous. I will never order from them again. The product feels like a cheap import from China that will break at any point. I’m too embarrassed to even give them out as gifts. I will never order from them again.
