Exceptional Service

What amazing service experience from Jannie Lubbe of GeeWiz. I had purchased an inverter with Deep Cycle Batteries just under a year ago and the batteries were no longer lasting throughout a 2hr30 load shedding session. I emailed GeeWiz, explaining my issue and, within about an hour, Jannie mailed me back and began dealing with my problem. He asked me to email him my order number and a picture of the batteries, which I did that afternoon. The next morning, I was surprised by an email asking for the correct address to which to send replacement batteries, at no charge. I really was gearing up for a conversation about Warranty periods, load shedding, etc, but Jannie was helpful, friendly and exceptionally efficient. My inverter is now handling load shedding like a pro again and I will continue to use GeeWiz again and again for my tech needs.
