Exceptional customer service

I purchased an amplifier online from Geewiz (02/04/2025) which was delivered at the estimated time in a very good condition. However it wasn't what I originally ordered due to non availability of stock. They offered me an alternative model which is not as aesthetically appealing as my original purchase and has less inputs to accommodate all my components. The new one still sounds great as I'm an audio enthusiast, I'm pleased with the sound quality.

I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Idea 3 days after my purchase and explained the situation to me in a very polite and professional manner. I wasn't happy at first but decided to go ahead and accept the alternative model. It was a little bit more in terms of pricing but was offered to me at no additional cost.

In general I'm happy with the service I've received from Geewiz where customer satisfaction is top priority and a special thanks to Odwa for the manner in which she handled the matter.
