I ordered a Fitbit Charge 2 Large Black, knowing that it was a backdated order due to them being out of stock (the website clearly displayed it as so). Within an hour of placing my order I got a call from them asking me if I would rather take the product in blue, with a extra black strap. Except for the special edition Fitbits, the aluminium body is silver for all of them. So sending me a black strap is perfect. Even better, I now have an extra strap. I received my Fitbit, which I was prepaid to wait two weeks for, only 27hours after placing my order. This was also R500 cheaper that any other local online retailer.
