Excellent Service Delivery

Two years ago I bought a CCTV Camera system from GeeWiz. The service was of a very high standard and I received my goods in quick time.

A month ago I had an issue with one of my PSU (power supply unit). I approached GeeWiz to assist me in buying a replacement PSU. On installing the new PSU I picked up interference on my cameras and informed GeeWiz.

Without hesitation they replaced the newly bought unit, shipped it to me in CPT. However this unit also caused interference on my cameras.

Again without hesitation they went out of their way to get me the correct unit and shipped it to me at no cost.

Through this whole process their main purpose was to help me fix the issue I had. Now this is what you call customer service. The person that was assisting me was Jannie.

With this type of service I will always do business with them.
