Excellent service

<p>This company had refreshingly good customer service! Just after I ordered a product (Chromecast) online I saw that there is a next generation, more expensive one on the market as well. Not knowing much about these products I phoned their call centre and chatted to someone to ask some advise and whether it is really necessary to buy the top model. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, but the guy on the line was so helpful, explained everything very simply to a non-techie and convinced me that the one I chose was actually the best one for our purposes. The product was delivered quickly, no hassles, excellent service. Would recommend them to anyone!</p>
