Excellent customer service for electrical product that stopped working under warranty

Excellent customer service for an electrical product that stopped working under warranty. I logged in to my account and logged the return that evening and the next day got a call to confirm collection (at no cost). They then assessed it and called me to confirm it would be replaced under warranty and was shipped the same day.
