Excellent Customer Service

This is a review of my online shopping experience with Geewiz: They were quick to answer my questions and the checkout process was easy. Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock at their suppliers which delayed the delivery time. However this was communicated to me within 24 hours and when I requested rather to cancel my order and get a refund this was done promptly and courteously.
