Kudos and heartfelt thanks to Jannie, technical manager at Geewiz, for the prompt and personalised service he provided in processing my warranty issue. He arranged to have an item which I purchased 8 months ago collected from me in Cape Town and shipped to Johannesburg for inspection, verified that there was an issue, and had a replacement unit delivered to me. All at no cost to me, and without subjecting me to a complicated claims procedure: efficient, effective, and easy. Great job!!
