Delivery with this company can take an indefinite time
If you would like to receive your order on time then i suggest you dont use this company i placed an order on the 19th of July 2024 today is the 25th of July 2024 , to date i have not received my order , there is a person Tumelo who was kind enough to call me and let me know the status of my delivery , after calling them today to enquire about my order which i was told will be delivered to me today and thats not the case it will only be here tomorrow so imagine waiting a week for something you ordered and the webiste says you can get same day delivery to which i wasnt expecting nor was i expecting a delivery 7 days after i placed the order , has a first time customer i wont be using this company again very disappointed with them

Unfortunately we had an unexpected delay from the supplier which resulted in your order not being delivered on time.
In an effort to remedy the situation, we had arranged for one of our staff members to deliver your order to you yesterday after hours and he advised that you received your order.
I hope that all is in order and that you will give us another chance in the future.
