Collections are a shambles
Pricing is keen, website is keen, everything is great till you have to collect something. Customers don't know where to go, stand. Staff don't ask. No queing system. Takes forever. Some things are onsite and some are across the road. Really a big fat mess. I wont buy here if I have to collect again.
