Beyond impressed with speed of delivery and incredible after sales support.

Superb all round. I was looking for a very old Kindle cover (2014) which I couldn't find anywhere but Geewiz, I did check with them if the one they had (2015) would fit mine and Fabian said it should. A day later I had it delivered to me in Cape Town. To my dismay it didn't fit, I emailed for support and Fabian responded instantly, he apologised for the error and confirmed he could source a 2014 cover for me but it would take a few weeks. The old one was collected from me and 2 weeks later I received notice that the new one was in stock and 24 hours later it was at my door. No extra charges at all. In fact I don't even think they made a profit on the transaction but they were more concerned with customer satisfaction and that says a lot. I really am impressed with them.
