In my honest opinion, I feel that Service levels in South Africa have truly failed us, especially after Sales Service. Well in the last 2 days I have been proven wrong, there are people out there that are truly passionate about what they do and go the extra mile to assist you. I had an issue with my inverter and Jannie and Taryn at Geewiz helped me within a period of 24 hours, arranging the collection of my inverter from my home and having it returned in good order the very next day. A big shout out to Jannie who kept me updated along the entire process and kept me feeling confident that everything will work out.
