Avoid inverters at all costs. They're not what is being advertised.

Initial purchase of 2400w inverter went fine, with some understandable delay.

The product worked to spec for 9 months then died with full charge. They insisted I provide a video of the non-operational inverter before engaging in RMA.

They replaced the supp**** inverter with some non-name nonsense that could not charge the batteries in the same time frame as the prior, Mecer, unit. The price gap had to be argued in order to secure a refund for the difference as this was not a like-for-like replacement.

The replacement inverter worked for around 1 month before - you guessed it - dying for no reason - once again non-functional, once again during power outage.

The reality is, the products they're pushing are not reliable, are not worth the price point they're charging and if you're looking for something to get you through loadshedding I would strongly advise you look elsewhere because an inverter stuck in the RMA hell-loop is not a functional product fit for purpose.
