Amazing Tech Support

I recently purchased a mini UPS for my fibre ONT and router. When receiving it I found that the connector did not fit. I contacted Geewiz's tech support and got through to Jannie. I was quite impressed with his tireless efforts to get me sorted with the right connector. I now have internet during loadshedding all thanks to Geewiz and Jannie's assistance.
