Amazing service from Geewiz

Geewiz are amazing.

I needed information regarding an inverter i bought from them and using a lithium battery with it. I sent a query, really not expecting an answer - at least that's my experience with other companies. The same day I sent the query, i received a friendly reply email from Riaan at Geewiz, answering my question. The answer prompted another email from me, and again Riaan answered the same day. Where else does one get customer focus like this?
