5 star service from Geewiz again!

My interaction with Geewiz has been 5 star every time. Early 2023 I contacted them to purchase inverter etc, of which I was a total novice, Jannie Lubbe professionally guided me through the process of selection for inverter, battery and solar panel. Delivery to our rural area went seamlessly. After a year of uninterrupted operation through load shedding nonsense, system encountered glitch now with solar feed into battery, and which local expertise could not resolve. Again Jannie patiently took me step by step through the process to reset inverter. Operating smooth again, amazing technical service and advice, thanks Geewiz!
