Not looking after the customer

Gearronixs was recommended to me and initially very happy regarding a gearbox problem which was under warranty. Only when analysing the invoice did I realise a reconditioned part was used which was not brought to my attention..When I brought this to their attention, a lot of good intention was shown but truthfully nothing was done. Very disappointing and would not recommend them as a result
