Happy Customer - Gearbox replacement/refurb
I had a gearbox issue with my Audi A3 1.8tfis Stronic, I would find the car gradually struggling to find gears and a few months after the car went into limp mode. With only odd gears available. Geartronix swapped out the gearbox and it has been running perfectly for the past 1.5years. I wanted to give it some time before I left the review, it hasn’t given me any issues since and seems to be working well. No gear slips. I was very happy with the swift service and after sales service. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely excellent service! After some troublesome spares received by Geartronix they did the right thing by sorting the problems out and not giving up. It is a pleasure dealing with them! Friendly professional service.

Good Job
Took my Audi for diagnosis assessment after several failures by an Audi dealer. It took Geartronix less than 2 minutes to diagnose the problem which the Audi dealership could not. Even Audi SA did not assist after requesting advice in writing. I booked in my vehicle and got it back within a couple days. My vehicle is running smoothly and comfortably again. Thanks to the Geatronix team, especially Ruan, who was very helpful. Thanks Geartronix.

Missing OEM parts.
I am currently having a bad experience with this company. My car has only ever been maintained at Volkswagen. So in the meantime I have a case against Volkswagen for a faulty DSG gearbox. The value body unit was supposed to be repaired at Geartronixs. The car only has OEM parts. I picked my car on the 1st of September 2025 after paying for a value body unit repair to my existing OEM part. The car comes back with another value body unit. My alternator parts are not the same. The value body unit taken off my car was not returned so basically the are *****ing OEM parts while the car was in the workshop. So now I have to open a case of theft cause I believe they have swapped my OEM engine with an aftermarket one. So they probably *****ing parts and using it on other customers so if you repair your vehicle at this place you should probably check your car for the original parts if it was removed. Pathetic, how can you ***** people's property. Do not worry they will not get away with it. The blue lights will be there soon.
