Can someone please help me the rental tribunal in Johannesburg has been closed since lockdown 2020 there is nobody that can help me Re my tenants which have not paid there rent for the last 3 months they owe r40 000 on my ekurhuleni acc how is this even possible that a whole office just stop operating they do not reply to any emails
