Rental Housing Tribunal

I have been trying to make contact with the tribunal via email twice .

they simply do not reply .. Do they still exsist ???

I am facing a court hearing regarding this issue ..where the landlord is sueing me for Rental arrears after he had rented the apartment out 3 days after we moved out with a 21 day notice period as per CPA .

any suggestions
