No Communication Gauteng Rental hosuing Tribunal

The Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal is not answering their phone or contactable over email. They have concluded a judgement against me without me being present or having been informed of the court date. I sent all documents to them via email and was in no way notified of any court date even though they had confirmed receipt of all my documents via mail. Now I receive a lawyers letter regarding the dispute and it’s conclusion. I phone the tribunal numerous times everyday to try to resolve this issue and appeal, with no one to answer the phone. They are giving me no way to appeal the judgement as there is absolutely no communication.
