Kicked out and forgotten

After we had a very unfortunate and stressful occurrence with our landlords they threat to kick us out of our apartment. They then gave us a notice. I contacted the tribunal to open a case 8 September, they asked for the notice letter which I sent on 9 September. After I sent that I never heard back from them again. I emailed them a few more times and nothing. Now we are forced to leave our house.
