Just another ******* system of poor service!

I have given my documents through to them in September/October last year. Had our first appointment but the other person didn't pitch up. The Housing Tribunal would have subpoena'd her, but until date you just don't hear from them. Why have this service, if no one is answering or returning emails? Ridiculous, so innocent people still get away being ****** from and agents/landlord is still filling their back pockets!! The same everywhere in this country!! These days it is to see who is more ******* than the other one!!
