HOUSING TRIBUNAL LACK OF INTEREST TO ASSIST DESPITE NUMEROUS PLEA FOR HELP!

I recently had a problem with my landlord where I short paid rent , due to unforeseen medical expenses, I DID ask to pay the balance owing within 2 weeks. This resulted in the landlord forcefully entering the house the next day , while myself and my mom where in the house.

My mom almost 80 years old was previously attacked and ****d while in her 70s by 2 workers , I would NOT under any circumstances agree too share a property with a male tennant.. So this on its own is breach of contract. Following the landlord removing every single lock off every door to the house WHILE he resides on the property on the flatlet , he then the next day cut the water and the power. The was and is also a CCTV camera inside the house which is VIOLATION OF PRIVACY, my mom and I have since been treated for trauma and I am on chronic meds for PTSD. My elderly mom and myself are now in a little room that we have to pay R3000 for , this is all we could do for safety at such short notice , all this happened in a space of 4 days. Which I cannot pay due to loss of income

My mom and I will be in the streets in the comming days should this not be resolved

I have been to the police which advised it's ******* for the landlord to with hold any of my belongings, I have agreed to an acknowledgment of debt and to pay it off ,since I now am unable to work due to this.

I have been trying to seek help from the tribunal for over a month

The Johannesburg branch simply doesn't answer their phones , I have sent an email too the Pretoria branch, they had a lady call me only to be rude and short with me , telling new she has other matters to attend to and it's month end

There after a gent called me and asked what's the problem, when I tried to explain he said he didn't have time for long stories , I DID record this conversation..

This morning after AGAIN sending the tribunal ANOTHER please for help, they simply forwarded the email to the SAME lady that I DID inform them was rude and unhelpful

Till now still no assistance I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY IS IT BEING PROMOTED THAT, WOMAN, CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY R PROTECTED,

WHEN THIS IS SIMPLY AND CLEARLY NOT THE CASE !
