help please

<p>I went to benoni branch for help to get my deposit back, had a hearing but the so called landlord didnt pitch. She just ignored the hearing. I have never met such a dishonest person in my life. I was told the case will be refered to jhb branch where she will be summons. I never heard of anybody again. Benoni can only give me a tel nr thats rings for months. I am upset, dissapointed, frustrated. </p>
